Job Summary
Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products for performance and style. Uphold company merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans, and manage operational initiatives including staffing, hiring, and budget adherence. Act as Head Coach for store oversight, opening/closing procedures, and direct reports, while developing effective schedules to meet traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining talent, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to create a respectful environment for teammates and athletes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
