Team Captain Apparel

Lead the Apparel department by delivering an engaging shopping experience rooted in product knowledge and athlete connection. Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes feel confident in their selections while upholding merchandising and presentation standards. Collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and manage staffing needs within budget. Communicate departmental goals to direct reports, assign workload, and adjust schedules to meet traffic demands. Build a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining staff; provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and accountability for compliance. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Targeted pay range is $53,500.00 - $67,500.00 based on a 38-hour work week.
