Job Summary
Develop lesson plans, facilitate classroom and virtual instruction, and conduct assessments to deliver team-building learning solutions that strengthen collaboration, trust, and mission performance for USARC and DOD/Military clients. Provide coaching, feedback, and support for curriculum updates driven by surveys while integrating LMS platforms and interactive exercises. Deliver one-day instructor-led workshops on trust building, conflict resolution, and applied team-based learning activities at Fort Bragg, NC, or virtually across the Southeast.
Required Qualifications
- NACI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development
- Instructional certifications preferred
