Team Building Training Course Instructor

Job Summary

Develop lesson plans, facilitate classroom and virtual instruction, and conduct assessments to deliver team-building learning solutions that strengthen collaboration, trust, and mission performance for USARC and DOD/Military clients. Provide coaching, feedback, and support for curriculum updates driven by surveys while integrating LMS platforms and interactive exercises. Deliver one-day instructor-led workshops on trust building, conflict resolution, and applied team-based learning activities at Fort Bragg, NC, or virtually across the Southeast.

Required Qualifications

  • NACI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development
  • Instructional certifications preferred

  • Instructional certifications preferred
  • advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

  • ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
  • ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
  • ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
  • understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people
  • ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
