Job Summary
Lead a beauty team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and execute promotions and events across multiple beauty brands. Build client relationships, develop product knowledge and artistry skills, mentor associates, onboard and train team members, manage inventory accuracy and omnichannel fulfillment, and ensure adherence to vendor directives and beauty hygiene standards. Demonstrate ownership of store objectives, coach others, and leverage clienteling tools to create personalized engagement and growth in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, including any state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses, as required by applicable state and local regulatory boards
