Job Summary
Conduct joint fieldwork with Lead Advisors to build expertise and service new and existing clients. Meet with clients to grow relationships, solicit products, complete applications, write recommendations, and manage contracts. Research and respond to inquiries while collaborating on complex scenarios. Schedule, prepare, and document all client meetings and participate in community events for financial education. Build proficiency in platforms like Salesforce and Money Guide Pro. Obtain necessary licenses during the first 8 to 13 weeks, followed by a 6-week training program. This role supports learning and development within a team serving over 2,000 families in Rapid City, SD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
