Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in-store with finding products and completing a fast, friendly checkout experience including cash handling. Perform truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery and planograms, and participate in in-store operations such as BOPIS and Ship From Store. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and enrollments. Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD sets; assist with shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs. Interact positively with teammates, embody the company values, and serve as a role model. Knowledge of framing operations and associated tools (frame shop, glass cutter, heat press) is noted. Must be 16 years or older and able to work nights and weekends as part of the schedule.
