Job Summary
Coordinate and manage daily schedules for all team members to ensure timely, compassionate patient care. Maintain and update patient assignment lists, accurately enter care data, and establish complete medical records. Communicate discharges, transfers, and condition changes to staff, process telephone prescriptions, and prepare interdisciplinary group meetings. Track and order office and medical supplies, while monitoring clinical documentation to ensure compliance with standards. Demonstrate knowledge of hospice policies and licensing regulations. Requires a high school diploma, two years of healthcare clerical experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a licensed driver's license. Full-time position with an average pay range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years experience of clerical and administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Ability to type 60 words per minute
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is in accordance with state and organizational requirements and is in good working order
