Job Summary
The Team Assistant (TA) is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to a team of financial staff. Duties include diary and travel management, expense processing, client database management, and project work for the Admin Manager. Skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational capabilities, and a service-oriented attitude. The TA must exhibit flexibility and strong communication skills, being capable of interacting with various staff levels while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Previous work experience in an administrative role
- Competent user of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A positive, flexible, responsive service-oriented attitude
