Job Summary
Provide executive assistant support for a Financial Advisor team, including answering and making calls, calendar management, coordinating meetings and events with logistics (material prep, agendas, Zoom invites), maintaining travel itineraries, preparing expense reports and handling reimbursements, and performing in-office support tasks (copying, filing, scanning). Support firm initiatives and special projects as directed by local management; requires high organization, detail orientation, and the ability to multi-task. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with strong communication and interpersonal skills and effective time management; reports to the Business Service Officer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/Equivalency
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong time management skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
