Job Summary
Team Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to a Service Team, including supporting the Team Supervisor and members, handling inquiries, scheduling, maintaining client records, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support efficient team operations. Requires strong office administration and Microsoft Office skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, confidentiality, and a background check; bilingual ability is an asset. Hybrid work is available per policy; position located in Oshawa, ON with transit access; compensation package includes pension (OMERS).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in general office administration (Word, Excel)
- Minimum 6 months of related experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in a second language is an asset
- Background check required before offer
- Proof of education required
