Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Technology or Bachelor’s in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years full time experience, including 4+ with large scale industrial projects focused on production & mark-ups & mentoring others
- Advanced Revit and BIM; proven track record of working with multiple competing stakeholders
- Technically inclined; meticulous problem solver; delivering high-quality design solutions that align with client goals, regulatory requirements & industry standards
- Experience supervising production drawings & proactively identifying unforeseen risks
- Ability to coordinate closely with internal and external teams, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies, to drive project progress
- Adaptability & above average organizational skills; references from others including senior staff & people previously mentored
- A car and G license; experienced with contract administration duties; open to occasional travel
- Commitment to design excellence & a desire to go the extra mile when needed
