Job Summary

Design, develop, and facilitate teaching development programs for graduate students, including workshops, institutes, and learning communities. Administer and evaluate graduate programming at Cornell while collaborating with colleagues and Graduate Teaching Fellows to support pedagogical growth. Contribute to faculty development initiatives and join efforts supporting mid-semester feedback, course observations, and department workshops. Develop and teach courses on pedagogy in higher education as needed. Work within a large, collaborative team to advance excellence in teaching and learning across the university.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • higher education teaching experience
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing
  • Knowledge of current educational practices in faculty and graduate student development, teaching, and assessment
  • Proven collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience participating in or working with graduate training programs
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
