Job Summary

Design, develop, and facilitate teaching development programs for graduate students, including workshops, institutes, and learning communities. Administer and evaluate graduate programming at Cornell while collaborating with CTI staff and Graduate Teaching Fellows to support pedagogy in higher education. Contribute to faculty development initiatives and join mid-semester feedback programs, course observations, and department workshops. This role supports the Center for Teaching Innovation's mission to foster inclusive, evidence-based teaching practices and prepare graduate students for future faculty careers.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • higher education teaching experience
  • Experience in or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing
  • Knowledge of current educational practices in faculty and graduate student development, teaching, and assessment
  • Proven collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience participating in or working with graduate training programs
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • Ph.D.
  • Teaching experience in higher education as the instructor of record
