Job Summary
Manage and train the teaching team, lead induction and CPD sessions, and oversee academic administration including registers, student reports, and electronic pay spreadsheets. Assign teachers to classes, monitor student attendance, and conduct formal classroom observations with written feedback. Ensure compliance with ANGLO's policies, Code of Conduct, and Safeguarding guidelines while organizing certificate ceremonies and managing classroom resources. Report incidents, complaints, and relevant feedback to the Programme Manager. This residential role involves full bed and board across multiple UK campuses. Candidates must hold a first degree plus TEFLQ or equivalent, possess three years of experience teaching under-18s, and have advanced IT skills.
Required Qualifications
- You have the right to work in the UK
- First degree + TEFLQ qualification or equivalent experience (e.g.: DELTA, MA TESOL)
- Native or near-native English fluency
- 3 years' experience teaching under-18s
- Experience conducting lesson observations and delivering CPD
- Advanced IT skills, including Excel, Google Drive and classroom technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
