Job Summary
Conduct daily instruction for a classroom of 20+ scholars by implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and utilizing varied instructional strategies. Assess student progress through assignments and observations, providing timely feedback while maintaining accurate performance records. Establish and enforce classroom rules to ensure a productive learning environment. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic and behavioral progress, and collaborate with staff and administration to support student success. Work in person in New York City for the 2026-27 school year. Success Academy provides comprehensive training, coaching, and leadership pathways for all applicants regardless of prior education background.
