Job Summary
Teaching Fellow (Assistant Teacher) provides hands-on classroom experience with small group instruction, acts as a substitute as needed, assists lead teachers with classroom management and lesson implementation, and contributes to a positive, achievement-oriented school culture. The role includes opportunities to lead lessons, support student well-being, and develop skills toward future teaching roles within the BASIS Charter School network.
