Job Summary
Teaching Faculty Fellows in the Counseling and Behavioral Health Department are expected to teach, advise, and supervise graduate students; participate in didactic training on inclusive teaching and culturally empowering instructional strategies; engage in professional development, scholarly activities, and program evaluation; and mentor fellows, with a preference for candidates with CACREP-accredited doctoral training or related doctoral degrees and eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion and offers a salary range of $65,000–$72,000 annually. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis through July 2026, with emphasis on candidates who have strong teaching, clinical, and scholarly backgrounds and a commitment to historically underserved communities. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Required Qualifications
- doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision or Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology (with Master’s in Counseling)
- licensure or license-eligibility in Massachusetts as LMHC or Psychologist/Health Services Provider
- APA accredited internship if PhD in Clinical Psychology
- demonstrated teaching and clinical experience
- willingness to contribute to diversity, inclusion, and multicultural competence
- eligible to work in the United States by August 2026
