Job Summary
Support children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, social, emotional, and mental health needs by helping them learn, develop abilities, and raise self-esteem. Work closely with teachers and therapists to facilitate daily lessons and provide one-on-one assistance in a specialist day school setting. Assist with sensory regulation, communication support, and behavioral challenges while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for pupils with diverse backgrounds.
