Job Summary
Provide assistance to people receiving services across educational, residential and community environments. Support activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care while promoting choice and independence. Ensure compliance with Springbrook policies and state regulations for safe operation. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; able to drive Springbrook vehicles; flexible schedule including overtime and overnights; weekend shifts available. Full-time and part-time positions with days, evenings, and overnights; experience with developmental disabilities preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical interventions; High School diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license required.
