Job Summary
Develop communication structures for remote and Canvas-based class interaction while supporting course preparation through lecture recordings and uploads. Score student assignments and provide written and verbal feedback on Canvas, then lead online small discussion or activity groups as needed. Teach in areas of faculty request, maintain course records, and meet individually with students online to assist with academic formation and growth. This role requires a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or MFT with theology cases, or a Master's in Theology with pastoral care emphasis. Christian ministry experience is preferred. Fully remote work within the United States is subject to payroll state approval.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of the Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or MFT with 12 units of Theology cases
- Master degree in Theology with pastoral care emphasis
- Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards
- Fully remote work within the United States is subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Theological Seminary
