Teaching Assistant/LSA at Archbishop Benson C of E Primary School

Teaching Assistant/Lunchtime Supervisor to work across the primary age range (27.5 hours daily with 5 hours of lunchtime supervision) during term time. Responsibilities include working across a year group with groups and 1:1 support for pupils, supporting academic progress and SEMH development, and assisting across the school day. The role requires a creative, engaging approach to learning, good interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, and strong behaviour management aligned with the school Behaviour Policy and inclusion principles. The post involves flexible team collaboration, outdoor learning opportunities, DBS check, safeguarding compliance per KCSIE, and professional development within Archbishop Benson C of E Primary School.
