Job Summary
Teaching Assistant in an International Primary setting to support students aged 7-11. The role requires a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Education with a preference for 2 years’ international school experience. The successful candidate will be a creative, inspiring, patient, resourceful and energetic team player who communicates well in English, collaborates with colleagues and supports students and parents. Responsibilities emphasize helping with learning, promoting student wellbeing and safety through safeguarding practices, and contributing to school life and development in line with ISP principles. Interviews are Face to Face where possible, with a focus on professional development, safeguarding, and child-protection practices. The organization emphasizes values such as trust, care, respect, continuous improvement, and work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Education
- Minimum of 2 years experience preferable in an international school
- Experience with Primary age pupils (7-11)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
