Job Summary
Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while supporting each child's social and emotional development. Build positive and effective family relations through consistent communication. Collaborate with the lead teacher and the entire faculty to facilitate programs. Ensure child safety and handle children up to 50 lbs, including lifting infants into and out of cribs. This full-time role offers paid time off, tuition assistance, and promotion opportunities within Goddard Schools, which serves children from six weeks to six years old across 37 states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
- Must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field
