Job Summary

Teaching Assistant for GEOG 3P22 (Quantitative Research Design and Methodology) at Brock University. Required Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in or have completed a postgraduate degree or have completed a Honours Degree in Geography or equivalent
  • Completion of 4 full credits in Geography with an overall average of 75% or higher in all Geography courses completed is required (or equivalent)
  • Completion of GEOG 2P12 (or equivalent) with a final grade of 75% or higher
  • Demonstrated successful undergraduate teaching experience or equivalent small group leadership in an undergraduate context
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet stipulated deadlines
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis
  • Understanding of how to use R software
  • Equivalency will be determined by the course instructor
