Job Summary
Teaching Assistant for CRIM 3P67 - Crime and the Media. Duties include scheduled contact time with students, preparation of seminar material, student consultation, marking or grading, examination proctoring, attending lectures, holding office hours, and other course administration as required in accordance with the CUPE Local 4207, Unit 1 collective agreement. Qualifications require a Masters Degree or Honours Degree in Sociology or equivalent; eligibility includes consideration of graduates with an 80% average or higher, or completion of the course with a final grade of 75% or higher in that course. Demonstrated teaching competence and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines are required. Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree or Honours Degree in Sociology or equivalent
