Job Summary

Support teachers in planning daily carpentry activities, lead classroom instruction, and supervise students in the shop to ensure a safe, stimulating environment. Prepare instructional materials, grade papers, and tutor students individually or in groups to reinforce learning. Enforce school rules, maintain open communication with parents regarding progress, and serve as a role model while implementing district educational goals. This 10-month position (185 days) requires a high school graduate with carpentry experience and knowledge of hand and power tool safety.
