Job Summary
Campus-based Teaching Assistants support live, online college courses, grade assignments for 30-40 students across an 11-week term, mentor students, attend lectures, lead discussion sections, and host weekly office hours, while ensuring timely feedback and building a strong academic community. Must have a Bachelor’s degree with experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduates; strong communication; comfort with LMS and video conferencing; and availability for 4-6 hours/week. Compensation is per course/term and remote scheduling is available.
Required Qualifications

- Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for student success.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
- Available to commit 4-6 hours per week, with some flexibility for training.
