Job Summary
Support students in individual and small groups within an alternate learning environment while maintaining a positive, productive, and safe classroom atmosphere. Provide substitute coverage for both certified and non-certified roles as needed, and supervise students during lunch periods, hall transitions, and study halls to uphold school-wide behavioral standards and assist with daily school operations. Work 35 hours per week, exclusive of an unpaid 30-minute lunch, at a rate of $21.22 per hour. This position is part of Avon Public Schools' team dedicated to ensuring student success and safety.
