Job Summary
Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional content and provide one-on-one or small group support to students. Help prepare materials, set up technology, and organize resources while supervising students in classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, and during events. Maintain student records, track attendance, and manage logistics to promote a respectful, structured environment. Implement individual support plans for students with unique needs and participate in staff meetings and training sessions. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies. Hourly rate $18–$20 with medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- College coursework in education or related fields
- Experience working with children or in a school setting
- Ability to take direction, adapt to a dynamic classroom environment, and work collaboratively with faculty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPI and or TCI training
