Job Summary
Deliver a welcoming front desk check-in process, guide students through CorePower Yoga-aligned classes, and support individual growth by offering alignment education and modifications. Teach a minimum of two classes weekly for four hours, arriving 30 minutes prior and post-class to read communications, plan sessions, and connect with the community. Perform assigned cleaning tasks to maintain Smart Health Protocol standards, navigate POS transactions, and act as an in-studio ambassador for membership, programming, and retail initiatives. Uphold core values to foster a supportive environment while ensuring student safety and embodying the brand's commitment to empowering everyone.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate of completion from a 200-hour yoga teacher training
- Additional 50 hours of continuing education for C1, C2, HPF and Hot Formats or Yoga Sculpt or Fitness Training
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High School diploma
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to lead students in physical activity for a maximum of 1.5 hours at a time
- Ability to withstand exposure to heat of a maximum of 104 degrees for a minimum of 60 mins in heated classes
- Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
