Job Summary
Visual Arts teacher plans and provides learning experiences for students, teaches at appropriate instructional level, develops content, assesses student progress, and maintains a productive learning environment. Virtual duties include communicating effectively via the virtual platform, using software to complete instructional tasks, and participating in professional learning to enhance online instruction. Responsibilities also include fulfilling home-school communication, maintaining records, and collaborating with administrators, staff, and parents. Certification/clearance via GaPSC is required; 190-day work year; salary based on certification and experience with placement on the Georgia Annual Salary Schedule; benefits package available. Location: Macon, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education from an accredited college or university required.
