Job Summary
Teach and support young children using the LEAP Curriculum, providing a welcoming classroom that fosters growth, safety, and love of learning. Roles include creating engaging learning environments for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers; communicating regularly with parents about children's adventures and achievements via apps and discussions; partnering with center staff to support enrollment and engagement; and building positive relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic play-learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College ECE coursework highly preferred
- Must meet state guidelines for the role
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
