Job Summary
Co-teach with teachers to strengthen Tier I instruction and deliver direct Tier II interventions using push-in and pull-out models. Monitor student progress across all sub-populations, including Emergent Bilingual learners, by analyzing assessment data to adjust intervention plans within the RTI framework. Provide actionable feedback to staff, support PLCs in data analysis and targeted instruction planning, and ensure all materials align with district curriculum standards and Title I requirements. Engage families in outreach activities and collaborate with campus leadership to improve student outcomes while maintaining compliance with federal and state guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Texas Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Knowledge of Tier I instruction, Tier II intervention, RTI processes, and data-driven instructional practices
- Knowledge of EB instructional strategies and language acquisition best practices
- Knowledge of federal Title I requirements related to intervention and student achievement
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- ESL certification preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience providing small-group intervention, aligning instruction to curriculum standards, and supporting EB students preferred
