Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn and grow; use a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning; implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress; collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement; build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic, play-based learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred
- College ECE coursework highly preferred
