Job Summary
Toddler Teacher leads, coaches, and mentors less experienced teachers in the classroom, manages the classroom to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, and implements the proprietary LEAP Curriculum with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children. The role involves modeling growth-mindset behaviors, communicating regularly with parents via apps and discussions, supporting enrollment and engagement goals, and building relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, playful, and educational environment. Qualifications include 1 year (pref) of professional teaching experience, a HS diploma/GED with associate degree or higher preferred, knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP), CPR/First Aid preferred, and adherence to state-specific guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
