Job Summary
Teach infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children using the LEAP Curriculum® to create a welcoming, engaging classroom. Develop young minds through a growth-minded approach, foster a safe and nurturing environment, and communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and achievements via apps and personal discussions. Collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals, build relationships with families and coworkers, and ensure play and learning occur seamlessly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- College ECE coursework highly preferred
