Job Summary
Teach infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers in a welcoming classroom. Create a safe, nurturing environment, implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, develop young minds with a growth mindset, communicate with parents about children’s learning, and collaborate with center staff to support enrollment and engagement. Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic play-and-learn environment. Responsibilities include creating engaging spaces, applying developmentally appropriate practices, and partnering with leadership to achieve center goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- High School Diploma/GED required. College ECE coursework highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.
