Job Summary
Conduct technology instruction for K-8 students using interactive computer software while applying knowledge of child growth and development. Collaborate with staff, parents, and the community through effective oral and written communication. Solve problems and demonstrate critical thinking skills in a high school student environment. Apply effective instructional strategies to support student learning. This role requires a New Jersey K-8 or Technology certificate and computer literacy.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold New Jersey K-8 or Technology certificate
- Experience working with high school students
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development and effective instructional strategies
- Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others
- Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, and the community
