Job Summary
Develop, support, and sustain implementation of rigorous scholar learning through differentiated, extended, and enriched (DEE) instruction and opportunities. Collaborate with classroom teachers, building leaders, and across departments to facilitate English Language Arts and Math academic challenges and ensure scholars engage in challenging learning. Monitor the fidelity of DEE implementation and support the development of individual scholar goals and independent projects. Initiate and sustain collaboration to improve achievement while maintaining communication with staff, administrators, scholars, guardians, and state and federal agencies. Provide in-person, synchronous learning and support when applicable. Participate in district, building, and department leadership activities. Work flexible hours to meet program, building, and district needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- MN teaching license in appropriate field (K-6 Elementary Education), OR a valid MN teaching license in another field and willing to obtain an Out of Field Permission
- If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2
Desired Qualifications
- Classroom teaching experience preferred
