Teacher - Support Teacher 6-8 - NMS

Instruct assigned classes in designated locations and times while planning programs that meet individual student needs. Create a conducive learning environment, establish clear curriculum objectives, and guide students toward achieving established goals. Prepare for each class with written evidence of readiness and maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities. Protect students, equipment, and facilities; develop and enforce classroom rules; and assist administration in implementing district policies. Remain available to students and parents outside instructional hours when requested. Participate in staff meetings, committees, and textbook selection; promote public relations for school programs. Incorporate technology in daily tasks, maintain professional appearance, and report unusual occurrences immediately.
