Job Summary
Lead Deaf/Hard of Hearing instruction in special education classrooms, maintaining high expectations through an asset-based lens while building caring relationships with students and families. Deliver core curriculum with a persistent focus on equity, cultural responsiveness, and anti-racist practices, collaborating closely with colleagues, families, and students to support student success. Participate in Professional Learning Communities and ongoing mentoring to advance instructional strategies and school-wide literacy goals.
