Job Summary
Provide instruction; encourage and assess student achievement; and manage the learning environment effectively. Plan using State and local curricula; implement individualized education programs (IEPs) including accommodations and behavior interventions; monitor student progress with data-driven planning; collaborate with paraprofessionals and district personnel; use assistive and instructional technology to enhance learning; maintain a safe, respectful classroom; communicate with students, families, and stakeholders; perform related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Georgia Educator Certificate in assigned teaching field as required by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.
