Job Summary
Special Education teacher at Anwatin Middle providing quality instruction aligned to Minnesota state standards. Use diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments to inform instructional decisions and boost student self-management. May collaborate with campus STEM teams to ensure integrated instruction across disciplines. Requires a Bachelor's degree and Minnesota teaching license in relevant area; Master's or PhD preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- Prior successful experience student teaching or teaching in an urban, multicultural education setting.
- Master's or PhD preferred.
- A valid Learning Disabilities, Emotional Behavioral Disabilities, or Academic and Behavioral Strategist Minnesota teaching license; or proof of pending approved licensure
