Teacher - Special Ed - Structured Learning Environment

Provide special education students with learning activities to meet intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth; develop or modify curricula and prepare lessons for in-person, distance, and virtual learning. Work in self-contained, team, departmental, or itinerant capacity; collaborate with ARD Committee meetings to develop IEP goals; implement instructional and therapeutic programs, assess student learning styles, and employ varied instructional techniques and media. Responsible for classroom management, safety, and supervision of instructional aides; ensure compliance with district/school regulations and policies for special education teachers.
