Plan and implement a Spanish program of study meeting the needs of assigned students while instructing individuals and groups using various teaching methods. Diagnose learning challenges regularly, maintain accurate records for IEPs and 504 Plans, and prepare materials and classrooms for activities. Administer and grade tests and assignments, act as a test administrator for the North Carolina Test Program, and meet with parents to discuss progress and resolve behavioral challenges. Establish clear objectives for lessons and units, encourage student engagement, and participate in Professional Learning Community meetings for data analysis and instructional planning. Schedule is full-time for 10 months.
