Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Virginia teaching license with endorsement in Family and Consumer Science (FACS)
- Demonstrated ability in communication (oral and written)
- Ability to plan and deliver curriculum and assess student learning
- Background investigations: FBI Criminal History, State Police Criminal History, CPS Investigation
- Experience with or knowledge of FCCLA
- Public school classroom experience preferred
- Ability to work with parents and colleagues
- Compliance with federal and state statutes and local policies for schools
