TEACHER - SCIENCE

Instruct assigned classes in designated locations and times while planning programs of study that meet individual student needs. Create a conducive learning environment, employ varied instructional techniques, and establish clear objectives for lessons and units. Assess student accomplishments regularly, provide progress reports, and identify pupil needs to cooperate with staff on health, attitude, and learning problems. Maintain accurate records, protect students and facilities, and enforce classroom behavior rules fairly. Assist administration in implementing policies, make provisions for availability to students and parents outside instructional hours, and supervise teacher aides and volunteers. Maintain professional competence, attend staff meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
