Job Summary
As a Teacher (School Age Recess Monitor), you will assist in planning and implementing activities for children's social, physical, spiritual, and mental development, while ensuring safety and well-being during recess and classroom activities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited college or university preferred
- Six months experience working in early childhood field strongly preferred
- Completion of YMCA Driver Orientation for driving responsibilities
Additional Requirements
- Candidates without a valid license may still be hired but will not be eligible to drive YMCA vehicles until requirements are met
