Job Summary
Assist the lead teacher with planning and implementing whole classroom and small group instruction. Prepare snacks and clean up, including washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Lead Circle Time activities and supervise nap preparation and cots after rest time. Monitor lunch tables, organize children's belongings after outside time, and supervise play at the park and during walks. Handle toileting and diapering, and ensure hand washing compliance. Maintain an engaging learning environment through creative interaction with children. This 8-hour day shift runs Monday to Friday with no nights or weekends.
